Mooresville Metropolitan <br />Police Department <br />Board of Police Commissioners <br />Ernie Wilson <br />Fred Settle <br />Christopher Hobbick <br />MOORESVILLE POLICE COMMISSION MINUTES <br />These are the Minutes of the regularly scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Police Commission <br />held at the Mooresville Police Department on October 11, 2021. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Fred Settle, Ernie Wilson, Christopher Hobbick <br />ALSO PRESENT: Chief Kevin Julian <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. <br />Ernie Wilson made a motion to accept the minutes from the September 16th meeting. <br />Christopher Hobbick seconded. No discussion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />No old business for the police commission or the attorney. <br />Chief Julian advised that the Bill of Rights that Attorney Braun was working on was not <br />completed as of today's date. It was tabled until the next meeting. <br />Chief Adian updated the Police Commission on the stats that he received and advised that they <br />would be submitted via email to them. <br />Chief Julian presented the Police Commission with the new SOP regarding the K-9 program. <br />Ernie Wilson made a motion to approve the SOP as written. Christopher Hobbick seconded. No <br />discussion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Chief Julian updated the Police Commission on the following upcoming events: Halloween <br />Hike, Halloween hours for trick or treating, Christmas Tree lighting ceremony, Victorian <br />Christmas, Mooresville Christmas for Kids and the Mooresville Police Department Christmas <br />party. <br />Chief Julian updated the Police Commission on the donation that the department had given to the <br />Monrovia Police Department. The items included a light bar, center console, siren box and visor <br />lights. <br />Chief Julian updated the Police Commission on the previous town board meeting. Chief Julian <br />advised that a presentation was made regarding updates to the CAD system, Spillman. Chief <br />Julian also advised that during the presentation they spoke about body cameras, city connect and <br />CAD to CAD. <br />
