Resolution 2-2021 A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE HOURLY WAGES OF THE PART TIME SEASONAL EMPLOYEES FOR THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE'S PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Mooresville Parks and Recreation District is a department operating within the Town as established by IC § 36-10-3-3; WHEREAS, the Mooresville Parks and Recreation Board ("Board"), recognized and created by the Mooresville Town Council in Ordinance 4-1987, oversees the Mooresville Park and Recreation District and has the authority to approve the wages for the employees in that department pursuant to Indiana Code section 36-10-3-10(b). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mooresville Park and Recreation Board as follows: PARKS DEPARTMENT - Part-time and Seasonal Employees Position Ba.cP Rata Lifeguard $10.00 - $11.00 per hour Cashier/Concession Worker Park Maintenance $10.00 - $11.00 per hour $12.00 - $15.00 er hour Office Assistant $10.00 - $11.00 2er hour Pro ram Assistant $10.00 - $11.00 per hour Summer Camp Counselor $11.00 - $12.00 per hour Summer Camp Director $13.00 - $14.00 per hour RECD Leader* $10.00 - $13.00 per hour RECU Site Coordinator $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Manager In Training $11.00 - $12.00 2er hour Aquatic Center Assistant Manager $14.00 — $15.00 2er hour Aquatic Center Manager $15.00 — $16.00 2er hour Special Event Worker** $15.00 er hour *Morning shift differential for RECD leaders will be $1-$2 per hour. Break Camp shifts will be paid at the set RECU Leader rate. **Special Event rate will be a flat $15 per hour (does not include yearly increase) Part time and seasonal employees will be eligible to receive an increase of $.25 per hour each returning year, subject to an appropriation by Town Council.
