ORDINANCE NO.� <br />ORDINANCE OF MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL APPROPRIATING <br />AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM <br />THE FOOD & BEVERAGE FUND <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville (the "Town') is a municipality organized <br />and existing entity under the provisions of Ind. Code 36-5-1; <br />WHEREAS, the Council President (the "Executive") is the Executive of the Town; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council (the "Council") is the fiscal body of the <br />Town; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council, has authorized the transfer of funds from the Food & <br />Beverage Fund to pay for a sewer lining project; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to expend the funds transferred from the Food & Beverage <br />Fund for the above stated purpose, the funds must be appropriated into the appropriate <br />budget line item of the Food & Beverage Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, the Town h as caused notice of a hearing on said appropriation <br />to be published as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing was held on August/2 2022 at 6:30 p.m., at <br />Mooresville Town Hall, Mooresville, Indiana, concerning said appropriation, at which <br />time all taxpayers and interested persons had an opportunity to appear and express <br />their views as to such additional appropriation; <br />WHEREAS, the Town, by its Council has determined that it is in the public <br />interest to now appropriate such funds accordingly. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MOORESVILLE TOWN <br />COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
