Resolution 4-2022 <br />A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE HOURLY WAGES OF THE PART TIME <br />SEASONAL EMPLOYEES FOR THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE'S <br />PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Parks and Recreation District is a department <br />operating within the Town as established by IC § 36-10-3-3; <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Parks and Recreation Board ("Board"), recognized <br />and created- by the Mooresville Town Council in Ordinance 4-1987, oversees the <br />Mooresville Park and Recreation District and has the authority to approve the wages for <br />the employees in that department pursuant to Indiana Code section 36-10-3-10(b). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mooresville Park and Recreation <br />Board as follows: <br />PARKS DEPARTMENT - Part-time and Seasonal Employees <br />Position Base Rate <br />Lifeguard <br />$12.00 <br />- $13.00 per hour <br />Cashier/Concession Worker <br />$11.00 - $12.00 per hour <br />Office Assistant.$11.00 <br />- $12.00 per <br />hour <br />Program Assistant <br />$11.00 <br />- $12.00 per <br />hour <br />Summer Camp Counselor <br />$12.00 <br />- $13.00 per <br />hour <br />Summer Camp Director <br />$15.00 <br />- $18.00 per <br />hour <br />RECU Leader* <br />$12.00 - $15.00 per <br />hour <br />RECU Site Coordinator <br />$16.00 - $17.00 per <br />hour <br />Manager In Training <br />$13.00 <br />- $14.00 per <br />hour <br />Aquatic Center Assistant Manager <br />$14.00 <br />— $15.00 <br />per hour <br />Aquatic Center Manager <br />$15.00 <br />— $18.00 <br />per hour <br />Park Maintenance <br />$13.00 <br />- $14.00 per <br />hour <br />Security <br />$13.00 <br />- $15.00 per <br />hour <br />Special Event Worker" <br />$15.00 <br />per hour <br />"Morning shift differential for RECU leaders will be $1-$2 per hour.
