Mooresville Metropolitan Board of Police Commissioners <br />Police Department Ernie Wilson <br />Fred Settle <br />Christopher Hobbick <br />MOORESVILLE POLICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br />These are the minutes of the regularly scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Police Commission, <br />held at the Mooresville Police Department on December 15, 2022. <br />Members Present: Ernie Wilson, Christopher Hobbick, and Fred Settle via telephone <br />Also Present: Captain Forbes, Attorney Braun <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. <br />Commissioner Hobbick provided an update regarding the three officer candidates that had been <br />approved at the last meeting. <br />Captain Forbes advised that there would be a hiring process held at the Mooresville High School <br />on Saturday, January 7. <br />Commissioner Hobbick discussed the changes completed on the Vehicle Inventory SOP. There <br />was some discussion. Hobbick made a motion to approve the SOP with the changes suggested. <br />Wilson seconded. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Commissioner Hobbick discussed the Vehicle Pursuit Policy adopted the State of Indiana/ILEA. <br />There was some discussion. Hobbick made a motion to approve the SOP as written. Wilson <br />seconded. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Commissioner Hobbick discussed the Use of Force policy adopted by the State of Indiana/ILEA. <br />There was some discussion. Hobbick made a motion to approve the SOP as written. Wilson <br />seconded. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Commissioner Hobbick discussed the changes completed on the Promotions SOP. There was <br />some discussion. Hobbick made a motion to approve the SOP as written. Wilson seconded. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Commissioner Hobbick discussed changes regarding the Body Cam SOP. There was some <br />discussion. Hobbick made a motion to table the approval until January. Wilson seconded. Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />The meeting ended at that time <br />
