Board of Zoning Appeals Minutes <br />February 91h, 2023 <br />Members present: Neal Allman, Charles McGuire, Robert Alumbaugh, David <br />Saddler via zoom, attorney Ashley Ulbricht. Jennifer Meador was absent. <br />Neal called the meeting to order. <br />I" agenda item: reorganization; Charles McGuire made a motion to retain the 2022 <br />Chairman, Vice Chairman and secretary, Robert Alumbaugh seconded the motion <br />and the motion passed 4-0. <br />2"d agenda item: minutes; Charles McGuire made a motion to accept the minutes as <br />presented, Robert Alumbaugh seconded and minutes accepted by 4-0 vote. <br />3rd agenda item: variance (file # 23-107) at 27 1/2W High St. The requests are front <br />yard setback from 40 ft to 20 and rear yard setback from 30 ft to 10 to allow a <br />30X56 residential structure; garage on bottom housing on second floor. After a <br />brief discussion Neal Allman called for a motion; Charles McGuire made the <br />motion to approve, Robert Alumbaugh seconded the motion and the request for <br />variances passed 4-0. <br />Next agenda item: signatures on the approved Rules & Regulations. <br />When no further business came before the BZA, Neal Allman called for a motion <br />to adjourn, motion was made seconded and passed. <br />Chairman <br />j'I" /' 2 //�/� a ,, �' <br />Secretary <br />
