Minutes of the Council for the Town of Mooresville Executive Session on 4/4/2023 <br />The Council for the Town of Mooresville conducted an Executive Session on April 4, 2023, at <br />5:00 p.m. Council members present were Councilman Warthen, Councilman Swinney, <br />Councilman Williams, Councilman Cook, Councilman Brown, and Chief Kerry Buckner. Town <br />Attorney Beth Copeland was also present. <br />This was an executive session under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). <br />Councilman Swinney motioned to adjourn and was seconded by Councilman Cook.
