Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Minutes March 9`h, 2023 <br />Members present: David Sadder, Charles McGuire, Jennifer Meador and Neal <br />Allman. <br />Neal Allman called the meeting to order then requested a motion on the previous <br />minutes: Charles McGuire made the motion to approve as presented, seconded by <br />David Saddler and approved by 4-0 vote. <br />Item 1) File # 23-111 William Emmons of 221 E Harrison St is requesting a <br />variance of lot coverage so that he may replace his home that burnt. During <br />questions Neal Allman questioned if the new home would be the same size. Mr. <br />Emmons stated it would be slightly larger presenting a rendering of the home size. <br />When no further questions were asked, or concerns expressed, Neal Allman called <br />for a motion. Jennifer Meador made a motion to approve the variance request, the <br />motion was seconded and passed by a 4-0 vote. <br />When no further business was brought before the board Charles McGuire made the <br />motion to adjourn, seconded by Neal Allman and passed unanimously. <br />Chairman <br />Secretary <br />
