A meeting of the Park Board of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, was held on the 81 day of <br />May 2023 in the Meeting Room of the Park Office. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice President Mark Taylor called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. <br />2. ATTENDANCE & DETERMINATION OF QUORUM <br />Vice President Mark Taylor determined a quorum was established. <br />Board members in attendance:1 Lynn Adams Matt Saner (7:24p arrival) <br />Benjamin Bungard Mark Taylor <br />Brent Callahan <br />Danny Lundy — --- — -- <br />Phillip Cornelius <br />Staff in attendance: Stacy Freeman <br />Keelan Simpson <br />3. MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING <br />3.1 Upon a motion by Brent Callahan, seconded by BJ Bungard, the Board voted 510 to approve and accept <br />April 10_meeting minutes. <br />3.2 Upon a motion by Brent Callahan, seconded by BJ Bungard, the Board voted 510 to approve and accept <br />April 21 Work Session minutes. <br />3.3 Upon a motion by Danny Lundy, seconded by Lynn Adams, the Board voted 510 to approve and accept <br />April 21 Executive Session minutes. <br />4. APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Upon a motion by Lynn Adams, seconded by Brent Callahan, the Board voted 510 to approve and accept the <br />April 10 — May 8, 2023, claims. <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />None <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />6.1 Upon a motion by Brent Callahan, seconded by Lynn Adams the Board 510 to approve the move to <br />authorize the new mission, vision, values and pledge. <br />
