Plan Commission Minutes <br />May 13th, 2023 <br />Members present: Mark Taylor, David Saddler, Tammy VanHook, Josh <br />Brown and attorney Ashley Ulbricht. <br />David Saddler called the meeting to order, then called for a motion on <br />the previous minutes; Josh Brown motioned to approve as presented, <br />Mark Taylor accepted minutes passed by 4-0 vote. <br />John Larrison of Holloway Engineering presented Grand Oaks <br />subdivision for final plat approval, the Commission voted 4-0 to sign the <br />Plat and give to Building Superintendent Tim Bennett. <br />File 23-112 Plat @ Innovation Park 67, 46 acres, a primary road, 8 <br />buildings arranged north to south. It was stated that during tech review <br />the Fire Department had requested a cul de sac, that has been included, <br />there will be a lift station and ponds will be on the east side of the <br />property. Hill Water, David Moore continue to be included in the project <br />for road and water, Tim Bennet confirmed that he is comfortable with <br />the plans as presented when asked. Pacmoore confirmed road <br />improvement on Pacmoore Blvd were not currently planned, just the <br />extension of the road. When no further questions were asked David <br />Saddler called for a motion; Tammy VanHook made the motion to <br />approve, seconded by Josh Brown and passed unanimously. <br />File 23-113 Secondary Plat @ Haymaker Dr presented by Banning <br />Engineering on behalf of the Mooresville Redevelopment Commission. <br />David Saddler called for questions, when none were asked he requested <br />a motion: Tammy VanHooked motioned to approve, motion seconded <br />and passed unanimously. <br />File 23-114 Secondary Plat @ Bethel Rd presented by Banning <br />Engineering on behalf of the Mooresville Redevelopment Commission. <br />David called for questions and or a motion; when no questions were <br />
