Board of Zoning Appeals Minutes <br />May 11th, 2023 <br />Members present: Charles McGuire, Jennifer Meador, Robert <br />Alumbaugh, David Saddler and attorn Ashley Ulbricht. Neal Allman was <br />absent. <br />David Saddler called the meeting to order, then called for a motion on <br />the previous minutes; Jennifer Meador made the motion to accept the <br />minutes as presented, seconded by Charles McGuire and approved 4-0. <br />John Larrison of Holloway Engineering presented file # 23-115, a front <br />yard set back request at 38 Lincoln Ln to allow owner Harold Stacy to <br />build a one car addition to his existing garage. David Saddler confirmed <br />the notification of all neighbors then called for questions. Charles <br />McGuire question if the current garage was attached to the home, Mr. <br />Larrsion stated it was. When no further questions from the Board or <br />audience were asked David Saddler called for a motion; Robert <br />Alumbaugh made the motion to approve, seconded by Jennifer Meador <br />variance was accepted by 4-0 vote. <br />When no further business was brought before the Board, David Saddler <br />requested a motion to adjourn; so made by Charles McGuire seconded by <br />Robert Alumbaugh, the May meeting adjourned with a 4-0 vote. <br />Chairman <br />Vice Chairman <br />
