Minutes of the Council for the Town of Mooresville Executive Session on 9/19/2023 <br />The Council for the Town of Mooresville conducted an Executive Session on September 19, <br />2023, at 5:30 p.m. Council members present were Councilman Warthen, Councilman Swinney, <br />Councilman Williams, Councilman Cook, and Councilman Brown. Town Attorney Chou-il Lee <br />was also present. <br />This was an executive session under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and (b)(6). <br />Councilman Williams motioned to adjourn and was seconded by Councilman Swinney.
