Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Minutes Thursday July 13`h, 2023 <br />Members present: Charles McGuire, Robert Alumbaugh, Jennifer <br />Meador, Neal Allman and attorney Ashley Ulbright <br />Neal Allman called the meeting to order then requested a motion on the <br />previous meeting minutes: Charles McGuire made the motion to <br />approve, motion was seconded by Robert Alumbaugh and passed 4-0. <br />File # 23-116 variance of coverage, requested by Pyatt Builders at Grand <br />Oaks Subdivision. Request is to allow up to 40% lot coverage rather than <br />the UDO 25 % maximum. Members of the Board confirmed that <br />setbacks would still be met, the request is for the entire subdivision and <br />not one lot or section and that there is no negative impact to the <br />stormwater runoff. When no other questions were asked by the board <br />and no comments were made from the audience Neal Allman called for <br />a vote: Jennifer Meador made the motion to approve the variance, the <br />motion was seconded and passed unanimously. <br />Chairman <br />Secretary <br />
