Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Minutes October 12, 2023 <br />Members present: Neal Allman, Jennifer Meador, Charles McGuire and Robert <br />Alumbaugh; also, present attorney Ashley Ulbricht. Tammy VanHook was absent. <br />Neal Allman called the meeting to order, then requested a motion on the previous <br />minutes: Jennifer Meador made the motion to approve as presented, motion <br />seconded by Robert Alumbaugh and passed with a 4-0 vote. <br />Variance 23-120: Joseph Calderon of Barnes & Thornburg presented a variance <br />request to allow for a drive thru window at approximately 555 S Indiana St on <br />behalf of Culver's Restaurant. During audience comments multiple audience <br />members expressed concerns for flood run off. When no further questions were <br />presented Neal Allman called for a motion: Jennifer Meador made the motion to <br />approve the variance, seconded by Robert Alumbaugh and passed with a 4-0 vote. <br />When no new business was brought before the Board Chairman Allman called for <br />a motion to adjourn; so made by Robert Alumbaugh, seconded by Charles <br />McGuire, meeting adjourned with a 4-0 vote. <br />Chairman <br />Z Lf <br />Secretary <br />
