MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br />OF MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5-2024 <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY <br />TO BE SURPLUS <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Town Council of the Town of <br />Mooresville, Indiana ("Town") that certain property owned by the Town is now surplus <br />and should be disposed of; and <br />WHEREAS, Ind. Code § 5-22-22 et seq. authorizes the Town to follow certain <br />procedures to dispose of surplus property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE <br />TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The above recitals are incorporated by reference. <br />Section 2. The personal property identified herein belongs to the Town, is no <br />longer needed, and is declared surplus property: <br />606284 <br />Section 3. The aforementioned surplus property has a total estimated value of <br />less than $1,000.00 and shall be disposed of in accordance with Indiana Code § 5-22-22- <br />6(1). <br />Section 4, This Resolution is effective upon passage. <br />[The remainder of this page is intentionally blank.] <br />1 <br />
