MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Thursday, <br />Thursday, March 7, 2024 6:OOpm <br />Mooresville Government Center <br />Commission Members present: Brian Culp, Greg Swinney, Erin Pipkin and Ryan Taylor were present. <br />Dana Heidenreich was absent. School representative Dr. Jake Allen was absent. Project Manager <br />Chelsey Manns was present. Redevelopment Commission Attorney Adam Steuerwald was present. <br />Commissioner Taylor called the meeting to order and followed with an invocation. <br />Minutes: Minutes were presented from the February 1, 2024 public meeting. Commissioner Culp made <br />the motion to approve the minutes as presented. Commissioner Pipkin seconded the motion, which <br />carried 4-0. Minutes were presented from the February 12, 2024 public meeting. Commissioner Pipkin <br />made the motion to approve the minutes as presented. Commissioner Culp seconded the motion, <br />which carried 4-0. <br />Financials: Financials were provided by the Clerk -Treasurer's office via email. Commissioner Culp made <br />the motion to approve the financials as presented. Commissioner Pipkin seconded the motion, which <br />carried 4-0. <br />New Business: No new business. <br />Old Business: <br />Mooresville Business Center Update: Manns shared she's continuing to work with V3, INDOT and <br />Morphey Construction on the signal at Merriman Road and SR67. Currently there has been a request <br />from INDOT for a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan. Manns is working through that request. <br />Patel Site: Manns has worked with Attorney Starkey on the Build -Operate -Transfer Agreement for <br />Commercial Team Construction, LLC. <br />Main Street: Manns had some new lighting updates for the Mural Lot for consideration but asked it be <br />tabled due to the need for additional Information from Banning. <br />Parks: Per Superintendent of Parks Corneliius, M t r Najem was selected as the Build -Operate -Transfer <br />recipient for the parks project. They are in the scoping period and will know more about total project <br />cost in the coming months. <br />
