MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY, JULY 11,12002 <br /> <br />Tho Moor~svill¢ Board of Zoning Appeals met on Thursday, July 11,2002 at 7:00 P. M. <br />at the Moomsville Town Hall <br /> <br />Members present wore Don Barry, Jon Swisher, and Alan Krarner. Chr/s Crouch and <br />Mike Young were absent. Town attorney Tim Currens was present. <br /> <br />Motion to approve the minutes for the June 13, 2002 meeting was made by Don Barry, <br />s~cond by Jon Swisher, Motion carri~t 3-0~ <br /> <br />Tho board waited until 7:25 P. lvL for Mr. Holloway of Holloway & Associates to appear <br />to present the sp~ial exe.~pfion to a B-2 for' Wayne Pave for mini warehouses behind his <br />home on Monroe Street Mr. Holloway did not appear so a motion was made by Jon <br />Swisher, second by Don Barry to table the request to the August 8~ 2002 meeting. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before tho Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, <br />motion was mad~ by Jon Swish~, second by Don Barry to adjourn the meeting. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals will bo Thursday August 8, 2002 at <br />7:00 P, M, <br /> <br />Alan Kramcr, President <br /> <br /> <br />
