MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> MINUTES <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met on Thursday, October 10, 2002 at 7:00 <br />P.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Board members present: Chris Crouch, Don Barry, Mike Young, Jon Swisher and Alan <br />Kramer, President. Town Attorney, Tim Currens, was present. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Mike Young, second by Chris Crouch, to approve the minutes of <br />the September 12, 2002. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Next was Joyce Allen, 13102 N Slideoff Road, Camby, IN, asking for a Variance for side <br />setback from (6) six feet to (5) five feet from the fence line for unattached garage. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Don Barry, second by Mike Young, to approve the variance for <br />setback to (5) feet from property line. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Young asked if there would be any objections to changing the meeting time froth <br />7:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. in the winter months. Mr. Crouch stated that in the summer he <br />could not get here by 6:00 P.M., but that in the winter months that time would be fine. <br />There being not objections Mr. Kramer asked for a motion. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Mike Young, second by Don Barry, to change the hour of the <br />meeting November thru March to 6:00 P.M. andj~l~thru October to 7:00 P.M. Motion <br />carried 5-0. ~ ~ <br /> <br />Mr. Currens asked that Peggy Edwards be informed so she could change the time on the <br />form for Variances and Special Exceptions. <br /> <br />There being no further business a motion was made by Mr. Young, second by Mr. Barry <br />to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals will be Thursday, <br />November 14, 2002, at 6:00 P.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Allen Kramer, President <br /> <br /> <br />
