MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2002 <br /> <br />The Board of Zoning appeals met in regular session on Thursday, December 12, 2002, at <br />6:00 P.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Board members present were: Don Barry, Chris Crouch, Jon Swisher, Mike Young, and <br />Alan Kramer, President. Tim Currens, Town Attorney was also present. <br /> <br />Motion to approve the minutes for the November 14, 2002 was made by Mr. Crouch, <br />second by Mr. Young. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Next was Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associates representing Mr. Jeff Clinger, 6680 <br />Vista View Court, asking for multiple variances, including area and set back <br />requirements, involved with the construction of a second dwelling for property located at <br />168 W. South Street. <br /> <br />Since Mr. Holloway unable to make the meeting, motion was made by Mr. Barry, second <br />by Mr. Young, to table the variance for Mr. Jeff Clinger until January 9, 2003. Motion <br />carried 5-0. No new notices will be sent out for the January 9t~ meeting. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, <br />a motion to adjourn was made by Don Barry, second by Chris Crouch. Motion carried 5- <br />0. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals will be January 9, 2003 at 6:00 P.M. at <br />the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Alan Kramer, President <br /> <br /> <br />
