'- MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 1999,7:00 P. M. The Mooresville Plan Commission met on Thursday, February 25, 1999, at 7:00 P. M. at the MooresvilIe Town Hall. Plan Commission members present were: Joel Beebe, Tim Bennett, Alan Marshall, Charles McGuire, John Ehrhart, Mike Young, and Town Attorney Tim Currens. Andy Pygman, Vem Kimmel, and BiII Abbott were absent. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Marshall to approve January 22, 1999 minutes including the striking of the second word Commissioner at the bottom of the first page. The Tech Committee reviewed and needed the new address of the lot. Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Ehrhart to approve plat as submitted. Motion carried 5-1 with Commissioner McGuire opposed. Next, Holloway & Assoc represented Hopkins request for rezone of 11 acres next to Knightsbridge from Agric. to PUD-R. This was tabled from the January meeting. The concern at last meeting was the only access being Rosewood Lane. This is stilI true, but now Rosewood Lane would be a Cul-De-Sac. There was a discussion over covenants adopted for Roberson Woods in 1992 and if there had been amendments allowed in 1994. Peter Bohm , Chainnan of the Roberson Woods Assoc. requested the issue to be tabled again. Commissioner McGuire stated he thought they had ample time to prepare. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Ehrhart to deny the request for continuance. Motion carried 6-0. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Marshall to recommend to the MooresvilIe Town Council to rezone this 1 I acres to PUD-R. Motion carried 6-0. This will come before the March 2nd Town Council meeting at 6:30 P. M. Holloway & Assoc. presented Preliminary Plat Approval for Wolfe/Anderson at the comer of Rooker Rd and Dayhuff Rd. In June of 1997 this property was rezoned Agric. to RIA and consisted of 174.221 acres. C & M Utility has stated they can provide the sanitary and Hill Water Co. stated they can provide the water. There would be 275 lots, the lots to be 16,000 ~. _ square feet or more, curbs, gutters, paved roads, sidewalks, and an entrance with 24 foot median
