BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br />Wednesday, November 18, 1998, 7:00 P. M. <br /> <br />The Board of Zoning Appeals met on Wednesday, November 18, 1998, at 7:00 P. M. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Members present were: President Alan Kramer, Don Barry, Veto Kimmel, Mike Young and <br />Town Attorney Tim Currens. Brent Plunkett was absent. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Veto Kimmel, second by Don Barry to approve the minutes of the October <br />meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />First on the agenda was Bob Neilson representing Mr. Childers on Indianapolis Road requesting <br />a variance to operate a business in his garage as a small retail establishment. A discussion was <br />held as to what kind of items were sold, parking area, and the date the variance was filed for. <br />Findings of facts were read. A motion was made by Don Barry, second by Veto Kimmel to <br />approve the variance with a limit set of one year and only 6 cars parked at a time. Motion <br />carded 4-0. <br /> <br />Next, Ross Holloway represented Charles Roberts for a variance for an existing building on the <br />Fritch property located on Highway 144. The existing building is a house on Lot #4 of the <br />proposed plat. There were no comments from the Board or Audience. Facts of Finding were <br />read. A motion was made by Vem Kimmel, second by Don Barry, to grant the variance. Motion <br />carried 4-0. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board of Zoning Appeals, motion was made <br />and seconded to adjourn. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals will be Wednesday, December 16, 1998, at <br />7:00 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
