December 17. 1997 at 730 P. \1. following the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. Commission members present were Joel Beebe. Charles \ IcGuire. \. ern himmel. \like Young. John Ehrhart. Bill Abbott. Motion camed 8-0. First on the Agenda was the Leudeman rezone. Commissioner \lcGuire stated the ten days notice was not m'" and \fr. Leudeman would have to re-do the notice in the paper and come back to the next meeting in January. 1998. The Plan Commission gave \fr. Leudeman the Tech meeting notes to take care of before the January meeting. - ,,"ext. Ross Holloway of Holloway & Assoc. presented the Curt \\ïkher two lot minor plat. This plat consists of 3.2.t3 acres total and is located on Highway 267. Lot 2 has an e:-;isting dwelling. One new building site will be created to the West of the e:-;isting house. Lot 2 is 1.855 acres and Lot 1 is 1. 21 7 acres. the property is presently zoned Agriculture and the driveway will be shared. \lotion was made by Commissioner \IcGuire, second by Commissioner Kimmel to approve the request for a two 101 \linor Plat. \lotion earned 8-0. .\ discussion was held concerning the Beck PCD for minor revisions. Tltis PLTI has not been recorded. It was signed without easements for the rear and front utilities. the legal description has changed, and the surveyor's rep0l1. Town Attorney Tim Currens stated :\11'. Beek doesn't need to re-advertise and come back before the Plan Commission. \lotion was made by Commissioner ,\bbott, second by Commissioner Campbell to approve the PCD Plat for Beck with revisions as submitted. Motion camed 8-0. The date on the Plat for the recorder is to be December 17. 1997. The Lakeside Minor Plat-Alan Deerwester- a two acre parcel has added Chris Crouch's name to the Plat. Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported inspecting.tO West Washington Street and has not seen any violations. Commissioner himmel said the VI'W had questioned him about this. Town Attorney Tim Currens said the Commission needs to look at this mle and update because of computer generated signs.
