<br />I <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, DECEMBER 21, 1995 - 7:30 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The Mooresvi11e Plan Commission met in regular session on <br />Thursday, December 21, 1995 at the Mooresville Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission members present were Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, <br />Mike Young, John Ehrhart, Tim Cummins, Tim Bennett and Joel Beebe. <br />Commission members Bill Abbott and Art Raney were absent. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway requested a continuance for the White Lick <br />Creek Park - PUD - I on behalf of Linel, Inc. <br /> <br />After discussion by the Commission on this filing, the <br />Commission granted a continuance to the January meeting of the <br />Mooresvil1e Plan Commission. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the letter from Rick's Muffler <br />regarding the zoning of the property at 7 E. Harrison Street. <br />Plan Commission Attorney Tim Currens advised those present that <br />the owners of 7 E. Harrison Street will file a petition to rezone <br />the property located at 7 E. Harrison Street at the January Board <br />of Zoning Appeals meeting. <br /> <br />~/ <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he issued eighteen <br />(18) permits and seventy-eight (78) inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business <br />Plan Commission at this time, motion <br />Tim Cummins, second by John Ehrhart. <br /> <br />to come before the Mooresville <br />to adjourn was made by <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The next regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />will be held Thursday, January 25, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br />Mooresvil1e Town Hall. <br /> <br />M fltf'. ,.tL <br />C~RMAN <br /> <br />( ATT~ ,.
