<br />..... <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15, 1994 - 7:30 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />was held Thursday, December 15, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br />~ooreville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Plall r:ommission members present were Bill Abbott, \"ern <br />Kimmel, Art Raney, Charles McGuire, Joel Beebe, Mike Young, <br />,John Ehrhart and Tim Bennett. The hearing scheduled for this property was <br />post.poned until the January 26,1995 meeting ah'aiting <br />notification of a second mortgage holder on this property <br /> <br />r' <br /> <br />Yr. Chris Crouch of CKC Development Corporation <br />pr'esentRd a map of a proposed Fl'D - R. on Pennington fioad. <br />The I)roposed development consists of 37 ael'es. The developer <br />will reyuest Jots smaller than the 10,000 square feet which <br />tile '[()wn ZC)nirlg Ordirlance requires. The (ieveloper stated <br />that at 7500 square foot lots the maximum number of lots <br />would be 136. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission had mnch discussion on this matter <br />~ith the developer and Ross Holloway who was presenting the <br />corlsllltation fOI' t;his proposed develovment. The concenSllS <br />of the Plan Conlmission on this nlatl.er was that this property <br />!S locat.ed at. tile elld of the buffer zorle arid the CommlsHion <br />hiould I ike to see development start at the town Jimi1,s and go <br />uut. <br /> <br />Mike Young informed the Commission that the school board <br />wOI¡]d lik<> to meet with the P]"n Commission, Mr. Young hill <br />consult with the school board to set up a date, time and <br />µlac:(~ for this meeting.
