MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session Thursday, September 22, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Members present were Joel Beebe, Bill Abbott, Art Raney, Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, John Ehrhart, Tim Cummins, Tim Bennett and Mike Young. No members were absent. Motion approve the submitted. was made by Bill Abbott, second by Tim Bennett to minutes of the August Plan Commission meeting as Motion carried 9 - O. Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported that Mr. Robert Baker, State Road 144 is no longer selling lawn mowers at this location. Mr. Bill Abbott inquired about the status of the Town Buffer Zone. Plan Commission attorney Tim Currens advised the Commission that until the County Ordinance is established the town's buffer zone will stay intact. Plan Commission attorney Tim Currens advised the Commission that it is time to review the zoning ordinance for updates and changes. The Commission discussed needed changes in the zoning ordinance and decided to review the present ordinance and discuss changes to the ordinance in the future. Mr. Doug Turner, owner of the property located at 39 W. Main Street appeared before the Plan Commission in regard to a zoning violation at this address. The Plan Commission set a hearing date of October 27, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresvi1le Town Hall for the zoning violation at the property located at 39 W. Main Street, Mooresville which is owned by Mr. Doug Turner. Mr. Turner advised the Commission that his address is 1795 East U.S. 40, Clayton, Indiana 46118, phone number (317) 539-9101. Mr. Thomas Shake, 51 E. High Street appeared before the Commission advising the members of a sign violation at 49 E. High Street. Building Inspector Joe Beikman informed the Plan Commission that a variance has been filed for the sign located at 49 E. High Street.
