<br />, <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met at its regularly <br /> <br />scheduled meeting on September 17, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />were Board Members Signe Nicholson, William Abbott, Steve Edwards, <br /> <br />Robert Tucker, Vern Kimmel, Shirley Welker, Joel Beebe, David <br /> <br />Barry, and David Minardo, who then excused himself due to the need <br /> <br />to be on duty as a Mooresville Police Officer. <br /> <br />Building Inspector <br /> <br />Beikman and Board Attorney, Tim Currens, were also present. The <br /> <br />minutes of the prior meeting were approved as read. <br /> <br />The Remster <br /> <br />rezoning was again continued. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Beikman advised <br /> <br />of an inspection on the 109 E. South Street property and provided <br /> <br />pictures. <br /> <br />The Board's Attorney advised that he would follow up on <br /> <br />these. <br /> <br />The Building Inspector then gave his report of 21 <br /> <br />inspections and 6 permits. <br /> <br />The Board discussed the continuing <br /> <br />'--- <br /> <br />need for additional storage space and a secretary. <br /> <br />The Board's <br /> <br />Attorney advised that the Town Council was looking into both of <br /> <br />these matters. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the <br /> <br />Board the meeting was <br /> <br />adjOUrned~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />_;~L <br /> <br />¿¡)V'~/ <br />Secretary <br /> <br />- <br />
