<br />~ <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met July 26, 1990 at the Mooresville <br /> <br />Town Hall at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Present were board members Signe Nicholson, <br /> <br />Bill Abbott, Steve Edwards, Vern Kimmel, Dave Barry, Dave Minardo, <br /> <br />Bob Tucker. and Shirley Welker. <br /> <br />Standing in for board attorney, Timothy <br /> <br />C. Currens, was attorney Michael A. Ksenak. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nicholson <br /> <br />determined that a quorum was present and proceeded with the approval <br /> <br />of the minutes of the prior meeting. <br /> <br />The first item on the agenda was the final plat approval of <br /> <br />Cloverleaf Properties regarding Spring Mill Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Present representing Cloverleaf Properties was David Best. <br /> <br />Mr. Best <br /> <br />advised that at the July 25, 1990 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting, <br /> <br />the board approved a special exception request for the Spring Mill <br /> <br />Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Mr. Best presented a detailed plan as re- <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />quired by the ordinance. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nicholson inquired if they were developing onlv Phase I <br /> <br />of the development to which Mr. Best responded that the entire develop- <br /> <br />ment was being developed and contained approximately 24 acres. <br /> <br />The board then proceeded with the check list under the secondary <br /> <br />approval provisions of the subdivision control ordinance. <br /> <br />Bob Tucker <br /> <br />moved to approve the final plat subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />l. That the final plat show where the developers obtained title <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the property <br /> <br />2. ~~!tf~~1~nstruction <br /> <br />plans being approved by Inspector Beikman <br /> <br />3. A certification by a land surveyor <br /> <br />4. A letter from the Highway Department allowing for a road cut <br /> <br />on Rooker Road <br />
