~ MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION '-- The Mooresville Plan Commission met July 26, 1990 at the Mooresville Town Hall at 7:30 P.M. Present were board members Signe Nicholson, Bill Abbott, Steve Edwards, Vern Kimmel, Dave Barry, Dave Minardo, Bob Tucker. and Shirley Welker. Standing in for board attorney, Timothy C. Currens, was attorney Michael A. Ksenak. Chairperson Nicholson determined that a quorum was present and proceeded with the approval of the minutes of the prior meeting. The first item on the agenda was the final plat approval of Cloverleaf Properties regarding Spring Mill Planned Unit Development. Present representing Cloverleaf Properties was David Best. Mr. Best advised that at the July 25, 1990 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting, the board approved a special exception request for the Spring Mill Planned Unit Development. Mr. Best presented a detailed plan as re- '-- quired by the ordinance. Chairperson Nicholson inquired if they were developing onlv Phase I of the development to which Mr. Best responded that the entire develop- ment was being developed and contained approximately 24 acres. The board then proceeded with the check list under the secondary approval provisions of the subdivision control ordinance. Bob Tucker moved to approve the final plat subject to the following conditions: l. That the final plat show where the developers obtained title to the property 2. ~~!tf~~1~nstruction plans being approved by Inspector Beikman 3. A certification by a land surveyor 4. A letter from the Highway Department allowing for a road cut on Rooker Road
