MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION

The Mooresville Plan Commission met at a meeting called for

November 16, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall.

Present were Board Members Joel Beebe, William Abbott, Steve

Edwards, Vernon Kimmel, Greg Staum, Robert Tucker, Shirley Welker,

David Barry, and Signe Nicholson.

Building Inspector Beikman and

Economic Development Director Haymaker were present, along with

the Board's Attorney, Timothy C. Currens.

Chairman Beebe

determined that there was a quorum present and proceeded to the

approval of the minutes of the prior meeting.

The Commission had

a brief discussion concerning the next meeting date and agreed to

leave it on December 28, 1989 since some applications for rezoning

have gone out to applicants.

Chairman Beebe also acknowledged

Greg Staum, the new Town Council appointment to the Board, and
~ welcomed him to the meeting.
Robert Tucker had a question concerning a possible zoning

violation at State Road 42 and Bethel Road.

He inquired about the

proper procedure for investigating this, and the Board determined

that it should be directed to the Building Inspector.

The Building Inspector's report was the next item on the

agenda.

Joe Beikman stated that he had issued 4 new permits and

had performed 14 inspections.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the

meeting was adjourned.

~o

U;Y£v,þ-

~l Beebe, Chairman

~~M'J
Robert Tuc er, Secretar ~
