<br />~ <br />~ <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />The "ooresville Plan Commission met at its regularly scheduled meeting <br /> <br />on O>::tober <br /> <br />23, 1986 at the Mooresville Town Hall. Present were Board <br /> <br />Members Steve Edwards, William Abbott, Wendell Thaler, Tilford Bailey, Dave <br /> <br />Barry, and Vernon Kimmel. Building Inspector Joe Beikman was present along with <br /> <br />the Board's Attorney Tim Currens. <br /> <br />Chairman Edwards found that there was a quorum present and proceeded to approval <br /> <br />of the minutes of the prior meeting. The Board then proceeded to the agenda with <br /> <br />the first item to come before the Board being the special exception request of <br /> <br />Raymond Reed of 436 Ferguson Road, Camby, Indiana. Mr. Reed was present and proceeded <br /> <br />to describe the special exception request. In particular he stated it was his <br /> <br />desire to place a 12 by 65 foot trailer upon his 2 1/2 acres. He stated that <br /> <br />currently the property was zoned AR and has a 40 foot by 64 foot shop on it along <br /> <br />with an 8 foot by 12 foot building on the back portion of the property. Wendell <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />Thaler ask if there were any other mobile homes in the area and the response was <br /> <br />not at this time but there had been approximately four years ago. After a brief <br /> <br />discussion the motion was made by Wendell Thaler that a report be issued to the <br /> <br />Board of Zoning Appeals from the Plan Commission stating that the special exception <br /> <br />as proposed would not adversely affect the master land use plan. This was seconded <br /> <br />by William Abbott and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the Board was the unsafe building ordinance <br /> <br />violation of Jerry Graybill concerning the real property located at 129 East High <br /> <br />Street, Mooresville, Indiana. Mr. Graybill was present in person and handed to <br /> <br />the Board a letter from the U.S. Department of Justice concerning some personal <br /> <br />problems which he had had. Mr. Graybill stated that the letter was not an excuse <br /> <br />but merely a reason for the delay he had experienced in getting his property repairs <br /> <br />'- completed. At thist time Mr. Graybill was asking for an extension of 30 days to <br />
