-

.

MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION OF JUNE 27, 1985

'--

The Mooresville Plan Commission met at its regularly scheduled meeting on

June 27, 1985 at the Mooresville Town Hall. Present were Board Members David Barry,

Steve Edwards, Vernon Kimmel, Tilford Bailey, Bill Abbott and Wendell Thaler.

Building Inspector Joe Beikman was present along with Michael A. Ksenak, who was

standing in for Board Attorney Timothy C. Currens. The meeting was called to

order by Chairman Dave Barry who acknowledged that a quorum was present and the

Board proceeded to the approval of the minutes of the prior meeting. Upon motion

duly made and seconded, the minutes of the prior meeting were approved.

Finding no new business the Board proceeded to consider old business. The

Board questioned the status of the Hatmaker case and Attorney Ksenak advised

that a lawsuit had been filed and that we were awaiting a response from

Mr. Hatmaker. The Board then asked Inspector Beikman about the status of the

Graybill property. He advised that they were still in violation but were making

progress. Mr. Beikman stated that the Graybills had exceeded the original

90 day time period established by this Board by about 90 days. Motion was made
by Steve Edwards that the Board Attorney should draft a letter to the Graybills

informing them that the house must be closed up by the next meeting or that this

Board would take legal action. The motion was seconded by Wendell Thaler and

unanimously carried.

The Board then went on to discuss the Northridge Subdivision and

Inspector Beikman informed the Board that there is still a water problem at

267 which is washing out the Hopkins' driveway. Bill Abbott moved to recommend

to the Town Board that the Northridge Subdivision was not in compliance with

the drainage proposal on the plans submitted and must be corrected or the

Town will invoke the letters of credit. The motion was seconded by Vernon

Kimmel and unanimously carried.

'-'
