BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> JULY 15,1998 <br /> <br />The Town of Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular meeting on July 15, <br />1998 at 7:p.m. Board of Zoning Appeals members was Allen Kramer, Michael Young, <br />Donald Barry, Vern Kimmel and Brent Plunkett. Tim Currens, Town attorney was not <br />present for the meeting. Motion by Donald Barry to approve the minutes from the June 17. <br />1998 was made. A second came from Michael Young. The motion carried 5-0 with none <br />Opposed. <br /> <br />The Board discussed the variance that was filed by Norman Whitney for 20 East South Street. <br />Mr. Whitney was not present at this time. It is unknown to the Board if Mr. Whitney is <br />taking any further action of this matter. If he does, he will need to advertise again. <br /> <br />With no further business before the Board a motion was made by Brent Plunkett to adjourn <br />the meeting. A second came from Mike Young.
