'G <br />BOARD OF ZONIN x APPEAI.S <br /> February 18.1998 <br /> <br />Thc Town of Moorcs,,illc Board Of Zoning Appeals met for thek rcgular mccting on Fcbrua~3' <br />18,1998 at 7:00 p.m. Boards of Zoning Appeals members present was IXfichael Young, Alan <br />Kramer, Vem Kimmel, Don Ban3' and Brent Plunkett. Thn Currens, Town attorney was also <br />Present for the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Don Barry to appro,,'e the minutes from the January. 21,1998 <br />Meeting Vem Kimmel made the second to the motion. Motion to approve fl~e January <br />Minutes carded 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />Robert Matt came before the Board with a variance request for set backs at 246 E. <br />East Washington Street. Mr. Matt needed set backs variances for the East side and the <br />Rear of the property to build a storage building. After some discussion Alan Kramer <br />suggested the variance be tabled until Mr. Matt could bring the correct distances for <br />The set backs, from all sides. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway came before representing Fisher, Fisher, Pert3.' and TKC Properties <br />asking for some sign set back variances at the South Bridge Crossing Development. the first <br />request for the large sign advertising all businesses to have 35 feet in height instead of <br />the zoning of 40 feet. The other variances were set backs for the P70 signs from 60 feet <br />to 10. and set back for the Shopping Center sign from 60 feet to 20. After the reading <br />of the Facts and Findings. a motion was made by Mike Young to grant all ,~'ariances for <br />all signs the second came from Veto Kimmel. The motion carried 5-0 with none opposed <br /> <br />It was brought to Ross Holloway attention the tabled request from Janua~.x', for a variance <br />for thc Sec'icc Station Canopy. Mr. Holloway asks it to still bc tablcd it ma3' not bc ncccssa~' <br />tbr thc variance. <br /> <br />With no further business Brent Plunkett motioned to adjoum the meeting a second was <br />made by 5,tike Young the motion carded 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />The next meeting for The Board Of Zoning Appeals will be March 18.1998. <br /> <br />.&lan Kramer.
