<br />~~- <br /> <br />BOARD OF 7:ONlNG APPEALS <br />December 17, 1997 <br /> <br />The Town of l\looresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular meeting on December <br />17,1997 at 7:00 P.M. Board of Zoning Appeals members present were l\Iichael Young <br />Alan Kramer, Vem himmel, Brent Plunkett and Don Barry. Tim Currens Town attomey <br />was also present for the meeting. <br /> <br />l\lotion was made by Don Barry to approve the minutes from the November 19,1997 meeting <br />motion second by Vem himmel, l\lotion carned 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway came before the board for SteW Overton for a variance to allow for a business <br />office at 2 squire drive. Hill water would be renting the space. After reading of facts and <br />Findings motion to grant the variance, \vith second from Brent Plunkett. l\Iotion earned <br />5-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway for Fisher-Perry South Bridge for Parking spaces. There were no questions or <br />concemS' After reading of Facts and Findings a motion to grant the valiance came from <br />Vem himmd and second from Don Barry. l\Iotion earned 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />David Cleveland representing \'alley VieW and The Kroger Company came before the <br />board 10 request a variance for the expansion of the existing structure of Krogers. to not <br />2 foot above the 100 year flood level. \Iotion made by Brent Plunkett to approve the <br />valiance with second being made by Alan Kramer. \Iotion earned 5-0 with none opposed <br /> <br />The second valiance for Valley View and f":.roger was 801 parking spaces not the required <br />862. \Iotion by Don Barry to approve this variance and second by Brmt Plunkett. <br />\Iotion carned 5-0 \vith none opposed. <br /> <br />
