Commission Young asked what the timeline was for 50%
sales and Mr. Holloway answered possibly five years. There would be 170 units total in
the development, which would make approximately 70 units 50 %. Town attorney Tim Currens told him this needed to be inspected and needed
to look at the whole picture, such as talk to neighbors, before a decision could be made.
Mr. Currens said it either had to be a rezone or a variance. He told Mr. Stover he could
talk to a professional for guidance.

Commissioner McGuire asked if there were any changes to the Comprehensive Plan
draft. He told the commission that Tim Currens had some good suggestions and EDC
Director Helen Humes wanted an item added on telecommunications.
