Mooresvi[le Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> July 24, 1997 <br /> <br />The Town of Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular meeting on July 24,1997 <br />at the Mooresville Town Hall 26 South Indiana Street at 7:00 p.rrr Board of Zoning Appeals <br />members present where Micheal Young, Alan Kramer, Veto Kimmel, Donald Barry and Brent <br />Plunkett. <br /> <br />Brent Plunkett made the motion to accept the minutes from the June 18, 1997 with the stipulation <br />to change the name to Gary Vickrey as the representative of the Home Remolding Co. <br />Alan Kramer moved to second the motion. Motion passed 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />IVIicheal Ksenak representing the Citizens Bank on a Set Back Variance for a sign~ at 33 N. <br />Indiana Street. The sign is for the new ATM Machine. Motion to pass the variance was made by <br />Brent Plunkett with the second behag made by Vern Kimme!. Motion passed 5-0 with none <br />opposed. <br /> <br />Jeannie iVic Leash came before the board asking for variance to operate a business at 67 E. Main <br />Street. A motion to pass the variance with the stipulation that her sign would be at least 6 foot <br />from the sidewalk and not be more the 5 square foot in size, the second was made by Brent <br />Plunkett. Motion was passed 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />Ken Fikes for Home Remolding requesting a variance for a rear setback from 15 to 30 feet for <br />adding a third car garage at 1369 Roseben3' Court. No motion was made at this time, it will be <br />discussed at the next meeting on August 20, 1997. <br /> <br />With no further business to come before the board at this time a motion was made by Brent <br />Plunkett and seconded by Vern Kimmel to adjourn the meeting. The motion was carried 5-0 with <br />none opposed. <br /> <br />The next Town of MooresMlle Board of Zorfing Appeals meeting will be August 20, I997 at 7:00 <br />p.rm at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />
