MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONIN~ APPEAL8 MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY~ JANUARY 15~1997 <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 1997 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were <br />Alan Kramer, Don Barry, and Tom Warthen. Mooresvllle Board <br />of Zoning Appeals members not present were Mickael Young and <br />Vern Kimmell. Board of Zoning Appeals attorney Timothy <br />Currens was present. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Don Barry to approve the minutes as <br />presented of the December 18, 1996 meeting. Tom Warthen <br />seconded the motion. Motion passed 3 - 0 with none opposed. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the findings and facts of the December <br />18, 1996 meeting was made by Don Barry. Tom Warthen seconded <br />the motion. Motion passed 3 - 0 with none opposed. <br /> <br /> Motion was made to appoint Tom Warthen as the stand in <br />Secretary of the Board for the night <br /> Since no one was present to present the filing on the <br />variance for Barbara Moore, the filing was tabled until the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Tom Warthen, second by Don Barry. Motion <br />carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals reconvened at <br />7:30 p.m. on November 20, 1996. <br /> <br /> Barbara Moore presented her variance for a rear setback <br />distance from 20' to 6' and side set back distance from 20' <br />to 6'. Motion was made by Don Barry to allow the variance <br />with the stipulation that the garage to be used for storage <br />and not a business. Tom Warthen made the second. Motion <br />passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Tom Warthen and Michael Young made the <br />second. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals will be held Wednesday, December 18, <br />at 7:00 at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />
