MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONIN~ APPEAL8 MINUTES WEDNESDAY~ JANUARY 15~1997 MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were Alan Kramer, Don Barry, and Tom Warthen. Mooresvllle Board of Zoning Appeals members not present were Mickael Young and Vern Kimmell. Board of Zoning Appeals attorney Timothy Currens was present. Motion was made by Don Barry to approve the minutes as presented of the December 18, 1996 meeting. Tom Warthen seconded the motion. Motion passed 3 - 0 with none opposed. Motion to approve the findings and facts of the December 18, 1996 meeting was made by Don Barry. Tom Warthen seconded the motion. Motion passed 3 - 0 with none opposed. Motion was made to appoint Tom Warthen as the stand in Secretary of the Board for the night Since no one was present to present the filing on the variance for Barbara Moore, the filing was tabled until the next meeting. There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Tom Warthen, second by Don Barry. Motion carried 5 - 0. The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals reconvened at 7:30 p.m. on November 20, 1996. Barbara Moore presented her variance for a rear setback distance from 20' to 6' and side set back distance from 20' to 6'. Motion was made by Don Barry to allow the variance with the stipulation that the garage to be used for storage and not a business. Tom Warthen made the second. Motion passed 5 - 0. There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Tom Warthen and Michael Young made the second. Motion carried 5 - 0. The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals will be held Wednesday, December 18, at 7:00 at the Mooresville Town Hall.
