MOORESVII,LE PLAN CO:.'¥PvllSSION THL~RSDAY, JANUARY 22, 1998, 7:00 P. M. The Moores~,ille Plan Commission met in a regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, Januars.' 22, 1998, at 7:00 P. M. at the Moorcs',ille Town Hall. Commission members present were: Joel Beebe, Vem Kimmel, Bill Abbott, Steve Campbell, Mike Young, John Eh~hart, Charles McGuire, Tim Bennett, and newly appointed member Andy Pygrnan. No members were absent. Motion was made by Commissioner Young second by Commissioner Abbott to approve the minutes of the December 17, 1997 meeting. Motion carded unanimously. Reorganization of the Commission: Motion was made by Co~mnissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner McGuire to keep the same officers. Motion carded 9-0. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second ~' Commissioner Abbott to keep Vem Kimmel and Mike Young as Representatives to The Board of Zoning Appeals. Motion carried 9- 0. President Joel Beebe re-appointed Charles McGuire and Bill Abbott to the Technical Re¥iew Committee. First on the Agenda, Ross Holloway of Holloway and Associates presented the Shoulders 3 l~ot Minor Plat located at 570 Bunker Hill Road. One lot of this parcel is at the intersection of Three Point Lake Road and Bunkerhill and Overpeck Roads. It is a 5 acre parcel total with easements on each side and is scrticed by public water. There is an existing house on Eot 3. There is a common drive for I_ots 2 & 3. The drive on the North Side will be closed. Motion was made bx.' Commissioner McGuire, second ~' Cormnissioner Kimm¢l to accept the request for the 3 lot Minor Plat. Motion carried 9-0. Rosss Holloway presented the Robert Luedeman 3 Lot Minor Plat at 211 Gasburg Road. This is at the intersection of Greencasfle and Gasburg Road on the N. E. comer. Lot 1 1.97 acres. Lot 2 3.36 acres ~vith a lake and e.,dsting garage. Lot 3 2.04 acres with an access to Greencasfle Road. There is a 55 foot easement and parcel is serviced by public water. The Tech Review Committee question the Legal Notice advertisement on January 7th. t998 which stated a rezone. Town Attorney Tim Currens said an additional notice was advertised on January 14, 1998 for a 3 Lot Minor Plat. At Attorney Curren's request the notice with ~een cards did compS' x~,ith a 3 Lot Minor Plat. Motion was made by Commissioner Youno_. second by Commissioner Abbott to accept the request for a 3 Lot Minor Plat with the condition a Driveway Permit will be secured. Motion carried 9-0. President Beebe opened a complaint letter concerning property, at 136 Franklin Street owned by Jesse McQueen operating an auto repair shop in the garage. Since this is zoned R-!. this is a x~ioiation. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott. second by Commissioner Ehrhart to
