MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING ~PPF~LS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18v 1996 - ?:00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN NALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 1996 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were <br />Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, Don Barry and Tom Warthen. Board <br />member Michael Young was not present. Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals attorney Timothy Currens was also present. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Tom Warthen to approve the minutes as <br />submitted of the August 21, meeting, second was made by Don <br />Barry. Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> John Waddel, 54 Crosby Road represented their request <br />for a variance on the placement of a 12' x 12' mini barn to <br />be located in front of the residential structure. The mini <br />barn was already constructed at this location, but could be <br />relocated if the variance did not pass. Vern Kimmel made the <br />motion to deny the variance and Don Barry made the second. <br />Motion passed 4 - 0. The Board advised Mr. Waddel to contact <br />the Clerk's office with a statement as to how long it would <br />take to move the mini barn and why. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associated represented Don <br />Warren in his request for a variance on Lot #10, Country View <br />Estates for a side setback from 30 feet to 25 feet. Don <br />Barry made the motion to approve the variance and Vern Kimmel <br />second. Motion carried 4 0. <br /> <br /> Findings and facts were presented by Attorney Tim <br /> Currens on the above requests. Motions for approval of the <br /> findings and facts were approved as listed below: <br /> <br /> Waddell - Vern Kimmel made the motion to approve with <br /> Don Barry making the second. Motion carried <br /> 4 - 0. <br /> <br />Warren - <br /> <br />Don Barry made the motion to approve with <br />Vern Kimmel making the second. Motion carried <br />4 - 0. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Tom Warthen, second by Vern Kimmel. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> <br />
