MOORESVILLE BOi~RD OF ZONIN~ APPF~LS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESD~Y~ ~U~UST 21, 1996 - 7:00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN H~LL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 1996 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were <br />Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, Don Barry, Tom Warthen and Michael <br />Young. Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals attorney Timothy <br />Currens was also present. <br /> <br /> Motionwas~m-~dD°n Barry to approve the minutes as <br />submitted of the meeting, second was made by Tom <br />Warthen. Motion 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> Lisa & David Woods represented their request for variance <br />on their property located at 177 E. St. Clair Street. They <br />propose~ to remove an ex~stin~ shed and to build a 24 X 30 <br />garage in the same location with a variance on the rear set <br />back distance from 30' to 15' and the side set back distance <br />from 6' to 4'. Vern Kimmel made to motion to approve the <br />variance and second was made by Tom Warthen. Motion carried <br />5 - 0. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Don Barry, second by Michael Young. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals will be held Wednesday, September 18, <br />1996 at 7:00 at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />S~CRETARY' ~- ' ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
