MOORESVILLE BOARD OF 2ONING APPF~L8 MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 1996 - 7~00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 1996 at 7:00 <br />p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were <br />Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, Don Barry, Tom Warthen and Michael <br />Young. Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals attorney Timothy <br />Currens was also present. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Don Barry to approve the minutes as <br />submitted of the May 15, meeting, second was made by Michael <br />Young. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Michael Cavanaugh, 71 W. High Street, <br />Mooresville, Indiana petitioned the Board for a variance <br />on the back and side set-back distance for a garage to be <br />constructed on their property at the same address. Motion <br />was made by Don Barry to approve the variance and seconded by <br />Tom Warthen. Motion carried 5 - 0, none opposed. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associated represented Mr. <br />Lewis Linder in his request for a variance for a front set- <br />back distance on Lot #1 (unapproved) of Linder Subdivision <br />for a porch making Lot #1 in accordance with our Ordinances. <br />Michael Young made the motion to deny the variance and motion <br />was second by Vern Kimmel. Motion carried 3 - 2 making the <br />variance denied. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Don Barry, second by Michael Young. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals will be held Wednesday, June 19, 1996 <br /> at 7:00 at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />
