MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPF~%LS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, MAY 15, 1996 - ?=00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN H~LL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 1996 at 7:00 <br />p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were <br />Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, Don Barry and Tom Warthen. Board <br />member Michael Young was not present. Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals attorney Timothy Currens was not present. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Don Barry to approve the minutes aS <br />submitted of the April 17, meeting, second was made by Tom <br />Warthen. Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Don Barry, second by Vern Kimmel. Motion <br />carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals will be held Wednesday, June 19, 1996 <br />at 7:00 at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />CHAIRMAN <br /> <br /> <br />
