MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALB MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, APRIL L7v L996 - 7:00 Po~o <br /> HOORESVILLE TO~N H~LL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 17, 1996 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were <br />Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, Don Barry, Mike Young and Tom <br />Warthen. Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals attorney <br />Timothy Currens was not present. All Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals members were present. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Don Barry to approve the minutes as <br />submitted of the March 20, 1996 meeting, second was made by <br />Tom Warthen. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals Member Vern Kimmel presented the <br />Board with a map of the new buffer zone to examine. Members <br />discussed changes in the boundaries of the buffer zone and <br />how they might effect the Town. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Don Barry.
