MOORESVILLB BOi%RD OF $ON~NG APPEALS MINUTES <br /> ~EDNESD~Y~ I~ARCH 20~ L996 - 7~00 <br /> HOORESVILLE TOWN H~LL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 1996 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were <br />Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, and Tom Warthen. Mooresville Board <br />of Zoning Appeals attorney Timothy Currens was not present. <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals member Michael Young and <br />Don Barry were absent. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Tom Warthen to 9pprove the minutes as <br />submitted of the February 21, 1996 meeting, second was made <br />by Vern Kimmel. Motion carries 3 - 0. <br /> <br /> Chairman Alan Krammer read the findings and facts of the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals meeting of February 21, 1996 for the <br />Dunn and Best Homes filings. <br /> <br /> Chairman Alan Krammer discussed with the Board the <br />wor~sh?p on zoning and planning which he attended in <br />Plainfield on February 24, 1996. He also mentioned a follow- <br />up workshop in Danville this fall. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mo~resville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Vern K~mmel, second by Tom Warthen. <br />Motion carried 3 - 0. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals will be held Wednesday, April 17, <br />1996 at 7:00 at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />CHAIRI'~N <br /> <br /> <br />
