MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 1995 - 7:00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 15, 1995 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Don Barry, Vern Kimmel, <br />Charles McGuire, Alan Kramer and Tom Warthen. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous Board of Zoning Appeals <br />meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Mr. Phil Smith appeared before the Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals representing Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lloyd with a <br />request for a variance for width to depth ratio for lot #2 <br />of the Harold Lloyd minor plat. <br /> <br /> The Lloyd's were informed by the Board that the previous <br />variance they were granted would terminate on the sale of lot <br />#1 or the obtaining of a building permit for lot #2. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer, second by Tom Warthen to <br />approve the variance for width to depth ratio on lot #2 of <br />the Harold Lloyd minor plat located on Keller Hill Road. <br />Motion passed $ 2, with Kimmel and McGuire voting against. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Board <br />of Zoning Appeals representing Arvin Hopkins with a request <br />for a variance for width to depth ratio on lot number 24-28 <br />inclusive and lot numbers 43 and 44 in Karrington Estates. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed Findings to see that the request for <br />width to depth met specifications for approval for lot <br />numbers 24-28 inclusive and lot numbers 43 and 44 in <br />Karrington Estates. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Vern <br />Kimmel to approve the request of Arvin Hopkins for width to <br />depth ratio for lot numbers 24-28 inclusive and lot numbers <br />43 and 44 in Karrington Estates. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Board <br />of Zoning Appeals representing William Wright with a request <br />for variances for width to depth ratio on lots 1 and 2; <br />variances for side building set backs on lots 3 and 4, with <br />side set backs on lot #3 being reduced from 12' to 11.2' and <br />side set backs on lot #4 being reduced from 12' to 5.7'; and <br />a variance on lot #1 reducing front building set backs from <br />40' to 10'. <br /> <br /> <br />
