MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 1995 - 7:00 P.M. <br />MOOEESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 18, 1995 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Vern Kimmel, Charles McGuire, <br />Alan Kramer and Don Barry. Board member Steve Oschman was <br />absent. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the September Board of Zoning Appeals <br />minutes was made by Charles McGuire. A second was made by <br />Vern Kimmel. Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> The Board approved the Findings of Fact on the petition <br />of Hoosier Energy for a special exception to run certain <br />power lines and substation. <br /> <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Harold Lloyd appeared before the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals once again, seeking approval for a <br />variance for width to depth ratio on lot #2 of their two lot <br />minor plat, which is still pending approval before the <br />Mooresville Plan Commission. <br /> <br /> The Board went over findings to see if the request for <br />the variance on width to depth for lot #2 of the Harold Lloyd <br />pending minor plat met approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer to approve the request <br />for the variance at 1062 Keller Hill Road for width to depth <br />ratio on lot #2 of the Harold Lloyd pending minor plat. A <br />second was made by Don Barry. Motion was deadlocked 2 - 2, <br />with members McGuire and Kimmel voting against the petition. <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd will appear at the next Board of Zoning <br /> Appeals meeting when a full board can be present to act on <br /> the petition. <br /> <br /> The petition for William Wright for a variance on <br /> St. Rd. 144 was not heard because no one was present to <br /> request the variance; therefore, the petition will be heard <br /> at the next Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. <br /> <br /> The petition for a variance for Arvin Hopkins, of <br /> Karrington Estates will be continued to the next meeting <br /> because no one was present at the meeting to request the <br /> variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
