MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 1995 - 7:00 P.M. MOOEESVILLE TOWN HALL The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 18, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Board members present were Vern Kimmel, Charles McGuire, Alan Kramer and Don Barry. Board member Steve Oschman was absent. Motion to approve the September Board of Zoning Appeals minutes was made by Charles McGuire. A second was made by Vern Kimmel. Motion carried 4 - 0. The Board approved the Findings of Fact on the petition of Hoosier Energy for a special exception to run certain power lines and substation. Mr. & Mrs. Harold Lloyd appeared before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals once again, seeking approval for a variance for width to depth ratio on lot #2 of their two lot minor plat, which is still pending approval before the Mooresville Plan Commission. The Board went over findings to see if the request for the variance on width to depth for lot #2 of the Harold Lloyd pending minor plat met approval. Motion was made by Alan Kramer to approve the request for the variance at 1062 Keller Hill Road for width to depth ratio on lot #2 of the Harold Lloyd pending minor plat. A second was made by Don Barry. Motion was deadlocked 2 - 2, with members McGuire and Kimmel voting against the petition. Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd will appear at the next Board of Zoning Appeals meeting when a full board can be present to act on the petition. The petition for William Wright for a variance on St. Rd. 144 was not heard because no one was present to request the variance; therefore, the petition will be heard at the next Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. The petition for a variance for Arvin Hopkins, of Karrington Estates will be continued to the next meeting because no one was present at the meeting to request the variance.
