HOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16, 1995 - 7:00 P.N. <br />14OORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals was held Wednesday, August 16, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. at <br />the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Donald Barry, Charles <br />McGuire, Vern Kimmel and Alan Kramer. Board member Steve <br />Oschman was absent. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the minutes of the July 19, <br />of Zoning Appeals meeting was made by Alan Kra~er, <br />Charles McGuire. Motion passed 4 - 0. <br /> <br />1995 Board <br />second by <br /> <br /> Mr. Dan Sauhrada appeared before the Mooresville Board <br />of Zoning Appeals on behalf of Hoosier Energy requesting a <br />special exception for an electrical substation to be placed <br />on the property zoned I2 for Woods Wire. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ann Hall, owner of adjoining property to the Woods <br />Wire parcel inquired as to the area the proposed substation <br />will service. <br /> <br /> 9r. Phil Madison, engineer for REMC informed those <br />present that initially the substation would only service the <br />Woods Wire parcel; however, all industrial growth to the <br />south of this parcel will be serviced by this substation. <br />Mr. Madison stated the circuits from this substation will be <br />underground. <br /> <br /> Board President Barry went over the specifications <br />required for a special exception to see that the request met <br />approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Alan <br />Kramer to approve the request for a special exception for a <br />substation to be placed on the property zoned I2 for Woods <br />Wire contingent upon the Mooresville Plan Co~mission making <br />determination on whether this special exception will affect <br />master land use plan in an adverse manner. Motion <br />carried 4 0. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Charles McGuire, second by Vern Kimmel. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals will be Wednesday, September 20, 1995 <br />at 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />
