MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS ~!IXUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, JULY 19, 1995 7:00 PM <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular <br />scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 19, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. at <br />the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Board members present were Vern Kimmel, Alan Kramer, Charles <br />McGuire, and Don Barry. Board member Steve Oschman was <br />absent. <br /> <br />Motion to approve the minutes of the June 21, 1995 Board of <br />Zot~ing Appeals was made by Alan Kramer, second by Charles <br />McGuire. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />>Ir. Roger Park appeared before the Moores~ille Board of <br />Zoning Appeals requesting a variance of width to depth ratio <br />and minimum lot size without sanitary sewer's. This property <br />is located at 203 Landersdale Road. Mr. Park appeared on <br />behalf of Hildur C. Hanson. Mr. Park explained that <br />currently there are two residents on one lot with two septic <br />systems. The purpose of these variances is to split the <br />parcel into two parce]s to enable two seperate deeds be <br />executed so one parcel can be sold. <br /> <br />Board President Barry went over the specifications required <br />for this type of variance to see the request met approval. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Alan Kramer, second by Vern Kimmel to <br />approve the request for a width to depth variance and minimum <br />lot size without sanitary sewers variance for the parcel of <br />land located at 203 Landersdale Road upon the application of <br />Hildur C. Hanson contingent upon approval of the minor plat <br />by the Mooresville Plan Commission and the property owners <br />access to public water. Motion carried 3-1, with Board <br />member Charles McGuire.voting no. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals on behalf of Eugene and Barbara Perry <br />requesting a variance from I-2 use to those uses allowable <br />B-2 zoning and a variance from parking spaces to two per <br />office for property located at the NE corner of Harlan Dr. <br />and Bridge St. <br /> <br />Board president Don Barry went over the specifications <br />required for this type of variance to see that the request <br />met approval. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Alan Kramer, second by Charles McGuire <br />approve the variance of use for the property located on the <br />norl beast corner of Harlan Dr. and Bridqe St. ~lpon the <br /> <br /> <br />
