MOORESVIIIE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, MAY 17, 1995 - 7:00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVIIIE TOWN HAIl <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for the regular <br />scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 17, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Steve Oschman, Vern Kimmel, <br />Charles McGuire, Don Barry and Alan Kramer. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the minutes of the April Board of Zoning <br />Appeals meeting was made by Charles McGuire. A second was made by <br />Yern Kimmel. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Findings of Fact for Variances that were approved at April's <br />Board meeting were reviewed and signed. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to adjourn was made <br />by Don Barry. A second was made by Alan Kramer.
