MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18, 1995 - 7:00 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, January 18, 1995 at <br />?:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Don Barry, Cha~'les McGuire, <br />Vern Kimmel and A]an Kramer. Board member Steve Oschman was <br />absent. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the minutes of the December Board of <br />Zoning Appeals meeting was made by Alan Kramer. A second was <br />made by Vern Kimmel. Motion carried 3-0-1, with McGuire <br />abstainir~g because he had not attended December's Board of <br />Zonin~ Appeals meeting. <br /> <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals President Don Barry announced <br />that the Board of Zoning Appeals members needed to re- <br />organize for the 1995 year. <br /> <br /> Motion was made to nominate Steve Oschman as the <br />President of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals for <br />1995 by Vern KJmmel. A second was made by Alan Kramer. <br />Motion c~rried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made to nominate Don Barry <br />of the Mooresvi]le Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Vern Kimme]. A second was made by Charles <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br />as Vice President <br />for 1995 by <br />McGuire. <br /> <br /> Motion was made to nominate Vern Kimmel as Secretary for <br />the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals for 1995 by Charles <br />McGuire. A second was made by Don Barry. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />ad~onrn was made by Charles McGuire. A second was made by <br />Vern Kimmel. Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals is Wednesday, February 15, 1995 at <br /> :00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />
