~.~: <br />A motion by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Dolen to approve the <br />written version of Alarm Ordinance #8, 2007, approved at April 3rd meeting and to <br />approve Resolution 6, 2007 to create a separate fund for proceeds, permits and fees from <br />alarm ordinance. Motion carried 5-0. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Dolen to see if <br />Jim Ransome, Joel Bebee, and Greg Swinney would serve on the prevailing wage board <br />for paving and to approve their serving on the board. Motion carried 5-0. Mr. Beikman <br />told the council he would need to be provided with information concerning what streets <br />need paving. <br />Mark Taylor, Animal Control Officer, reported twenty four (24) calls, twelve (12) <br />impounds, and three (3) returns. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Cauncilznan Dolen to <br />approve payment of claims. Matian carried 5-0. <br />There being no further business to came before the council at this time a motion was <br />made by Councilman Dolen with. a second by Councilman Clark to adjourn the meeting. <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Town. Council will be an Tuesday, May 1, 2007, <br />6:30 P.
